02 Jun Visa/Mastercard processing fee coming into effect July 1st, 2025

Like many small businesses in Canada, we’ve been feeling the impact of a challenging economic climate. One area that has become increasingly difficult to absorb is the very high cost of credit card processing fees.

To help us continue offering exceptional service without compromising care, as of July 1st clients who choose to pay with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will now be responsible for covering the associated processing fees (2.5%). These fees will be added to your total at the time of payment.

As always we will continue offer a range of payment options, including:

• Visa and Mastercard (with processing fees applied) 2.5% per transaction
• Debit card (no additional fees)
• Cash (no additional fees)
• E-transfer directly to your practitioner (no additional fees)
