Personal training sessions cater specifically to the individual client’s needs & can include, Strength Training, Cardio, HIIT, Pilates, Restorative Movement & Stretching among others. Sessions can be done one on one in person or virtually through Zoom.

With physiotherapy treatment, the goal is for clients to feel confident throughout their rehabilitation and achieve their goals of independence through all aspects of their life.
