⛄️COLD & FLU SEASON POLICY
In an attempt to preserve the well-being and health of our staff and other patrons, we ask that if you are sick with a cold or a flu, please cancel your appointment and reschedule for a time when you are healthy again. Last minute cancelations due to illness will not be subject to late cancelation fees. However, if a client presents to the clinic with signs or symptoms of cold or flu, our staff reserve the right to refuse treatment and a fee may apply.
Conversely, our staff are committed to keeping the health of our clients as our main priority and will not bring colds and flus to the clinic, cancelling shifts when illness is a factor to protect our patients and colleagues. Decreasing the spread of colds and flus is the joint responsibility of staff and patients, and hopefully implementing this policy will help us all stay healthier through this tumultuous season.
We thank you for your understanding on this matter, in small spaces such as our clinic, any flu or cold germs that come in the door are a risk to everyone in the building.
